I don’t know how true it is, but I’ve been told that if I ever visit Finland, and find myself in a pub, all I have to say is “Suomi perkele!” and the people will repeat it back, and then we’ll be friends for the night.

I think Affine is the closest in terms of functionality to Notion. It’s essentially a Notion/Miro hybrid. Open-source.
